Five Nozzles, Twice the Accuracy
The PentaSpray rewet system is based on conventional hydraulic spray technology that requires no atomizing air system. Each profiling zone of the PentaSpray system consists of five different-sized hydraulic spray nozzles. The combination of the five spray sizes gives twice as good moisture profile control compared to conventional 4-nozzle systems.
The complete system is based on well-known and accepted industry-standard water handling technology. Using standard spray nozzles and other components makes PentaSpray both extremely reliable and easy to service.
PentaSpray's water supply system consists of the most reliable components and PLC-based controls for parameters such as water pressure and temperature. Since no large atomizing air supply system is needed, the system is economical to install, use and maintain.
