Applications
CD Moisture Profile Control
High-resolution moisture profile control in the cross-direction (CD) and Z-direction; prevents production loss and quality issues caused by a poor moisture profile.
Edge Drying
Eliminates wet streaks caused by insufficient drying at the paper edges; removes wet streaks more than 3.5% above the target moisture average, enabling higher machine speeds.
Coating Drying
Fixes coatings through rapid inside-out heat transfer and evaporation; delivers 50% energy savings compared to competing dryers.
Preheating
