System Components
Sensorex Load Cells
Tested, calibrated and certified load cells that detect web tension and transmit it to the control panel; models with an integrated amplifier are available for cable lengths over 5m.
Power Supplies (AL PWX 5A / AL PWX II)
Power supplies that process signals from the load cells and forward them to the control panel, converting electronic signals into a compressed air signal; programmable via RS485/Modbus RTU interface.
Controller (Isomatic / Isobox)
Full management of PID functions, drum inertia compensation, programmable acceleration/deceleration times, and an uninterrupted drum-change management program.
Web Tension Sensors
Sensors that send an ultrasonic pulse to detect reel diameter in open-loop systems; can also be used to support other tension control devices in closed-loop systems.
