More Than 200 New Machines, 120 Major Rebuilds
Modern paper and board machines are based on the principles of the Fourdrinier Machine: a pulp of fibers and water is poured onto a wire and, through a series of processes, is transformed into paper.
Overmade specializes in the manufacture of paper machines. Over the years, more than 200 completely new machines and 120 major rebuilds have been manufactured and supplied for every type of paper production. The production range covers writing & printing papers, newsprint, packaging papers, board and special papers.
Mare Endüstriyel Cihazlar is the authorized distributor of Overmade in Turkey.

Winding — Reel Winders
The jumbo roll coming off the continuous paper machine must be processed on a winder before it can be commercially used.
- Initial Unwind Stand: Unrolls the jumbo roll coming from the paper machine
- Central Slitting System: Cuts the parent roll into different sizes
- Final Winding Section: Rolls the paper up again into finished rolls of different sizes
Overmade offers 2-drum slitting and winding machines for paper and board running at speeds from 2,000 to 2,800 mpm. The modular design can be configured to match the needs of each production line.
