Fastpap ComboSprint is an efficient and reliable solution for cleaning dryer fabrics both during production and web breaks. It cleans the fabric thoroughly without affecting the paper web's moisture profile. ComboSprint is based on well-designed, uncomplicated technology that requires no vacuum system — it is dependable and easy to install.
The cleaning head can be designed to slide outside the hood, allowing maintenance (such as nozzle replacement) during production, or the drive can also be located inside the hood.
The water/air nozzle solution effectively lifts dirt from the felt and carries it to the 'save-all', which removes the dirt and water from the process. Because the save-all is positioned below the felt, broke does not get caught there — making it the most effective direction for removing dirt.
The ComboSprint method cleans the entire structure of the dryer fabric. The best results are achieved with continuous cleaning, which prevents dirt buildup on the fabric and keeps its performance at an optimal level.
