Available in different lengths and designs, the cooling bath is used for the efficient cooling of various extrudates before further processing on a rewinder or pelletizer. It is equipped with holding rods or holding rollers and a scraper brush, and mounted on damping elements. Water can be drained via a valve. On larger cooling baths, a cooling unit can be connected and the water level is adjustable.
- Holding rod or holding rollers
- Scraper brush
- Connection for cooling water inlet
- Cooling water drain connection (overflow valve)
- Drain valve for cooling water
- Connectable cooling unit and adjustable water level on larger models
