Process Flow — How It Works

Dry starch is fed from the silo to the Make Down Station, where it is mixed with water. The mixture, dosed with enzyme at the enzyme dosing unit, passes through the ECO-S filter, is heated in the preheating coil, and undergoes enzymatic conversion in the Converter tank. The optional heat recovery unit recovers energy from the outlet temperature, while the Jet Cooker completes the final cooking, after which the finished starch is transferred to the storage tank. The entire line is continuously monitored with online viscosity measurement.
