Ultrafine Grinding Technology with the Highest Added Value

GAW Ultramill was developed by extending horizontal grinding ball technology into a vertical design; with capacities ranging from 30,000 to 1,000,000 tons per year, it produces customized particle sizes through single- or multi-stage milling processes.

It achieves a fineness below 2 microns for 60% in filler applications, 75% in precoat, and 90–98% in topcoat. The system is suitable for both dry and wet grinding.

Since its launch in 1994, several hundred units have been successfully installed worldwide.
