AIM Mould Base + Insert (ISO A — Dog-bone Specimen)
Modular Concept — How It Works
The system consists of a mould base, a mirror plate, and as many product-forming inserts as you need. Mould bases, mirror plates and standard ISO inserts ship from stock; inserts for other standards are produced within weeks. Once the system is installed, you simply swap the ~5 kg insert to produce whichever specimen type you need — with no unnecessary specimens produced, saving both time and material.

All inserts are Cr-steel (HRc 50–52). Other sizes and runner types compliant with ISO 294 available on request.
