The CNC milling center has three electronically controlled linear axes, with an optional fourth (rotary) axis available. It is suited to a wide range of applications — milling, drilling, cutting, engraving, dosing, measuring and positioning — with different cutting tools and accessories that can be fitted for each.
The machine is suited to processing plastics (PE/PA/PC/PMMA/GFK and CFK composites), aluminium, brass and wood (fittings for other materials are available on request). It is ready to connect to an industrial vacuum unit for chip removal. Standard-geometry specimens are selected via the software and integrated Windows PC; an extensive milling file library covering numerous standards is at the user's disposal.

Application
A fully automated CNC milling center used to machine standard specimens for tensile, flexural, impact and many other tests. The machine can also be fitted with notching modules to cut Charpy/Izod impact specimen notches to standard tolerances.
